1. Data controller
The Velto brand identifies the online store for premium automotive accessories available on this website. The controller of your personal data is the party operating this site on behalf of Velto.

2. Purpose of the site and processing
Velto sells automotive accessories online. We process personal data to manage registration and user accounts, fulfil orders, handle payments and shipping, provide customer support, comply with legal obligations (including tax and accounting duties) and, where appropriate, send communications related to your order or the service.
If we ever send marketing communications, we will only do so where there is a valid legal basis (for example, your consent or legitimate interests, as applicable) and you may object or unsubscribe at any time.
3. Categories of data we may process
Identity and contact details: name, email address and phone number.
Account and authentication data: credentials or identifiers required to access your account.

Payment data: payments are processed by payment providers (Stripe). Velto does not store your full card number on our servers; such data is processed by Stripe under its own privacy policy.
