These general terms govern use of the website and the purchase of products offered under the Velto brand, an online store for automotive accessories.

Velto lets you browse the catalogue, create an account, add products to the cart and purchase automotive accessories subject to availability and these terms.

You may purchase as a guest or register an account. You are responsible for the accuracy of your details and for keeping your credentials confidential. You must notify us of any unauthorised use of your account.

Descriptions and images are for guidance and do not replace reviewing the product page at the time of purchase.

Prices are shown in euros (EUR) and include VAT or other applicable taxes unless a clear error is stated on screen. Shipping costs are shown during checkout before you pay.

The contract is formed when you receive electronic order confirmation (unless we expressly state otherwise). We may refuse or cancel orders in cases of pricing errors, fraud, product unavailability or breach of these terms.

Payments are processed via Stripe or other methods we enable. By paying you accept the payment provider’s terms. Velto does not store full card data on our systems; such data is handled by the payment provider.

We ship to valid addresses provided at checkout. Delivery times shown (including estimates from logistics partners such as CJ) are indicative and may be affected by factors outside Velto’s control (customs, weather, force majeure, etc.).

Risk of loss or damage may pass to you on delivery to the address provided, in line with applicable consumer law.

If you are a consumer in the European Economic Area, you have fourteen (14) calendar days from receipt of the goods to withdraw from the contract without giving reasons, subject to legal exceptions (for example sealed goods opened or personalised items where applicable).

To withdraw you must notify us clearly (for example by email to admin@veltostore.live) and return the product as required by law. Direct return costs may be borne by you unless mandatory law states otherwise.

Products are covered by statutory conformity guarantees under applicable Spanish and EU consumer law. For claims about non-conformity or defects, contact us with your order details and a description of the issue.

Site content (text, graphics, logos, layout) is protected by applicable law. Unauthorised reproduction or use is prohibited without prior consent.

Except where law requires otherwise, Velto is not liable for indirect damages or loss of profit. Our liability for products and the service is governed by these terms and mandatory consumer rules where they apply.

Personal data processing is described in Velto’s Privacy policy.

These terms are governed by Spanish law to the extent compatible with mandatory consumer protection rules in your country of residence.

For disputes with consumers, you may bring proceedings in the courts of your place of residence or as otherwise required by applicable law.
